The Metering Service Centre (MSC) has a team of over 20 staff and provides full back office support to Wells Metering Services.


Based at our New Plymouth office, The Metering Services Centre is the main data hub for Wells Revenue Meter Reading Services and Wells Metering Technical Services.


Operating 7 days a week, The Metering Services Centre provides support to our Meter Reading and Technical operations and liaising with our many clients.



Metering Data Team


The Wells metering data team's focus is on the back office support for all our Meter Reading operations throughout the country.


The tasks involved are many, including the daily processing of Meter Reading files from our clients, managing meter reading schedules for our meter reading operations, investigating and responding to any retailer initiated queries and monitoring live field data to ensure the timely and accurate return of data to our clients.



Metering Technical Support Team


Our Metering Technical Support Team provide full back office support to Wells Smart Meter Deployment projects.


From the moment a job is imported into our system, the MTS Team manage it throughout the entire cycle. From planning the execution date, securing an appointment with the customer, liaising with the scheduled electrician, photo auditing,
